Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Those who wish to cancel their
reservations within 48 hours prior to their arrival will be charged a
fee equal to not more than half of the rate for the first day.
Those who do NOT cancel by the day of their arrival will be
charged for the first night, and the rest of the reservation will be
cancelled if it is a multiple-day stay.
Damages or Theft
Those who smoke in our non-smoking rooms will be charged a cleaning fee of a
minimum of $50.00 for damages, depending on the extent to which the
room needs fumigation or repair. Damages done to the rooms beyond reasonable
wear and tear will be charged accordingly. The rooms are inventoried daily, and
any missing items will be charged to the room account. Towels are to be used in
the rooms only, and towels which are found to be so heavily soiled that they
can not be cleaned will need to be replaced, and that fee will be charged to
the room.
